Scope
The policy covers the personal data of website visitors, individuals who contact us through the contact and request forms, representatives of business partners and suppliers, and representatives of buying companies. Information relating to legal entities that does not constitute personal data falls outside this scope.

Transfers
Personal data may be transferred, only to the extent required by the purpose of processing and in accordance with applicable law, to suppliers providing hosting, e-mail and comparable infrastructure services, to business partners where the commercial transaction requires it, and to authorised public authorities. Where a transfer abroad is involved, the conditions provided under the KVKK are observed.
Retention and Erasure
Personal data is retained for as long as required by the purpose of processing and having regard to statutory retention periods. Once those periods expire, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Data Security
Reasonable technical and administrative measures are taken to prevent unlawful processing of and unlawful access to personal data and to ensure its safekeeping. These measures include limiting access rights, using secure transmission methods and reviewing systems on a regular basis.
Rights of Data Subjects
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, data subjects have the right to learn whether their personal data is processed; to request information where it has been processed; to learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose; to know the third parties to whom data is transferred domestically or abroad; to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; to request erasure or destruction; to request that such actions be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred; to object to a result adverse to them arising from analysis carried out exclusively by automated systems; and to claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.
