Turning a commercial opportunity into a workable international trade model and holding every part of the operation together under one structure.
In international trade there is a considerable distance between an opportunity existing and that opportunity becoming a workable transaction. Demand for a product does not by itself mean the product can be sourced at the right quality and volume, that payment can be secured, or that logistics can be arranged at a commercially sensible cost. Our international trade organization service closes exactly that gap: we examine the commercial idea, test whether it can actually be executed, and turn every component of the transaction into one connected model.
Yurt Bereket Global is not a seller of a particular product. Our work is to bring the right manufacturer, the right international buyer, a suitable financial model, a secure payment structure and logistics onto the same timeline — whatever the product happens to be.
What this service covers
- Initial assessment of the opportunity in terms of product, market, volume and price level
- Definition of the trade model to be used — direct sourcing, intermediated structure, project-based procurement or a recurring shipment programme
- Review of both the supply side and the buyer side for capacity, references and verifiability
- Alignment of delivery terms, payment structure and schedule so that they support rather than contradict each other
- Mapping of the full cost picture: goods, inland transport, freight, insurance, documentation and bank charges
- Coordination of a pre-transaction review of counterparty, country, product and regulatory risk
- A single point of contact for the entire process
How the process works
- Defining the requirement. Product, specification, volume, target market and delivery expectations are clarified. Vague definitions create the highest cost later in the operation, so this step is completed carefully.
- Feasibility review. We assess whether the requirement can realistically be met under current supply and market conditions, considering capacity, seasonality, regulation and logistics.
- Designing the trade model. Transaction structure, party roles, delivery terms and payment method are designed as a consistent whole.
- Bringing the parties together. A verifiable manufacturer or supplier is matched with the buying side, and quotation and sampling steps are coordinated.
- Building the operation plan. Production schedule, payment milestones, document flow and shipment programme are placed on one timeline.
- Execution and follow-up. Every step from production to delivery is monitored and deviations are reported early.
Who is it for?
- Manufacturers with production capacity who need consistent international buyers and an operational structure around their exports.
- International buyers and importers looking for a reliable source and a predictable operation in a defined product group.
- Distributors and wholesalers building a new supply channel or diversifying an existing one.
- Project owners and contractors with multi-item procurement needs tied to an investment or construction programme.
How to start
If you already have a defined product, volume and target market, the process starts with a concrete enquiry. You can send it through our RFQ form, or if you are considering a longer-term working model, reach us via the partnership page. To see how the supply side of this is built, our global sourcing service explains that stage in detail. Products may change, markets may change, opportunities may change; our business is international trade itself.
