Global Sourcing

Identifying the right manufacturers and suppliers worldwide, verifying them for capacity, quality, certification and delivery capability, and turning offers into a comparable structure.

Finding, verifying and comparing the right manufacturers and suppliers worldwide for a defined requirement.

Global sourcing is not about finding the cheapest quotation. The right source is a manufacturer that meets the technical specification, can produce the required volume consistently, has its documentation and certification in order, and keeps its delivery commitments. Price is only one component of that equation. A poorly chosen supplier tends to return an apparent price saving several times over in the form of delay, quality mismatch or document problems.

Within this service we scan the supply market for a defined requirement, identify suitable manufacturers and suppliers, and evaluate them in a structure that can genuinely be compared. Our work is not limited to the Turkish manufacturing base; where the transaction calls for it, other production geographies are also considered.

What this service covers

  • Translating a product specification into a sourceable definition
  • Researching manufacturers and suppliers in the target product group
  • Assessing production capacity, facility structure and export experience
  • Requesting and collating quality certificates, analysis reports and product conformity documents
  • Coordinating sampling and technical validation steps
  • Turning price, delivery terms, packaging and lead time into a comparable offer table
  • Building an alternative source to reduce single-supplier dependency

How the process works

  1. Clarifying the technical definition. Standard, tolerances, packaging and the regulatory expectations of the destination market are established.
  2. Market scan. Producers active in the relevant product group are listed, with capacity and export track record used in the first filter.
  3. Pre-verification. Company details, production infrastructure and documentation status are reviewed; sources unable to meet the requested volume are removed from the list.
  4. Quotations and samples. Shortlisted manufacturers quote in the same format, and sampling or analysis is arranged where relevant.
  5. Comparison and recommendation. Price is never assessed alone; lead time, packaging, delivery terms, payment structure and risk profile are weighed together.
  6. Handover to operations. The selected source is connected to the export operation plan.

Who is it for?

  • International buyers establishing a new source or creating an alternative to an existing supplier.
  • Importers and distributors seeking regular, predictable supply in a defined product group.
  • Industrial companies that need continuity in raw materials, production inputs or spare parts.
  • Project teams wanting multi-item procurement lists from different producers managed through a single channel.

How to start

Sourcing moves far faster with a clear technical definition. Send your product, volume and destination through the RFQ form, or contact us via the partnership page if you are planning a recurring supply programme. How a verified source is then matched with an international buyer is explained on our buyer and seller matching page.

Frequently Asked Questions

What people ask us

Does global sourcing cover only Turkish manufacturers?
No. Turkey offers a strong manufacturing base and is the starting point for many transactions, but other production geographies are evaluated when the product, volume or regulation requires it.
How do you verify a manufacturer?
Through corporate details, production infrastructure, capacity, export track record and product documentation, supported by sampling or independent analysis where appropriate.
Can I use only the supplier-finding part?
Yes. You can work with us at the sourcing stage and run the rest with your own team. Where end-to-end execution is requested, export operations management takes over.
Why does an alternative supplier matter?
Dependence on a single source puts supply continuity directly at risk if capacity tightens, seasonality bites or regulation changes.
