- Pre-verification. Company details, production infrastructure and documentation status are reviewed; sources unable to meet the requested volume are removed from the list.
- Quotations and samples. Shortlisted manufacturers quote in the same format, and sampling or analysis is arranged where relevant.
- Comparison and recommendation. Price is never assessed alone; lead time, packaging, delivery terms, payment structure and risk profile are weighed together.
- Handover to operations. The selected source is connected to the export operation plan.
